Life today is often lived at a hectic and unremitting pace, filled with many expectations. We are inundated on all sides by others telling us that this will make us happy, something else will fulfil our dreams. It can be easy to lose sight of what is important to us, what will really make us fulfilled and at peace with ourselves. At times like this it can be useful to take time out and explore how you would like to live your life, only you know what is important to you.

We all live our lives in relationship with others, whether we like it or not. These are many and various, they may include work, family or friends, they may be close or more distant. At times this web of relationship can cause difficulty, we can become stuck, finding it difficult to make decisions or may wonder how or even if things might be different.

At times like this it sometimes helps to talk to someone who is on the outside, not part of your web, How does that work and how will you know that you can talk to and feel safe enough to trust this person?
