The aim of the day is to explore the links between spirituality and counselling by bringing together counsellors working in a variety of ways and with a variety of faith, and non-faith, backgrounds.
The format of the day is to have two speakers, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with time after each one for reflection in small discussion groups. It is a time for practitioners to set time aside to ponder the meanings of spirituality and counselling in their lives, at home and at work.
This year, it was held at the Quaker Meeting House in Disley.
